Fragments of Time
A watercolor of Meteor Crater with Canyon Diablo meteorites attached to the back with magnets. These fragments were collected in the desert around the crater east of Flagstaff in northern Arizona. The meteorites are from an iron asteroid and a magnet was used in identifying them as they were scattered in the perimeter from the impact 50,000 years ago.
